What's new

Updates to Tindro

Invite a shop and get ₱299 off your bill

  • New Invite a shop page in the menu (owners only), with your own link and code and buttons to share by Facebook, Viber or WhatsApp.
  • A shop that signs up with your link gets ₱100 off its first month. When it pays, you get ₱299 off your next Tindro bill 14 days later, add-ons included.
  • See every shop you invited and where it stands: on trial, paid, or credit added. A bill fully covered by credit is marked paid by itself.
  • Have an invite code? Enter it when you sign up. Full rules at tindro.app/refer.

Add many products at once, smarter search and a clearer setup checklist

  • Products has a new Import button. Pick your kind of shop (sari-sari, milk tea, carinderia, bakery, hardware, clothing or pharmacy), tick the items you sell, fix the prices and add them all in one go.
  • Or import your own list from Excel or Google Sheets saved as CSV. You see what will be added and which rows have a problem before anything is saved, and products you already have are skipped.
  • Search finds each word in any order and also matches the category. "pancit lucky" finds Lucky Me Pancit Canton, "coca cola" finds Coca-Cola, "softdrinks 1.5" finds every 1.5L softdrink. Same on the Products page and the POS.
  • The setup checklist on the dashboard now asks for at least 10 products and shows how many you have, and it opens the import straight away.
  • We now email the owner 3 days before the free trial ends and again on the last day, so it never ends by surprise.

Any country and currency, Spanish, and safer sign-up

  • Shops outside the Philippines can choose their own currency and timezone at sign-up, and change them later in Settings > Business.
  • Spanish joins English and Tagalog for the page guides, the setup checklist, the help page and empty screens (Settings > Display).
  • Sign-up catches mistyped email addresses such as gnail.com and asks "Did you mean @gmail.com?", so our emails reach you.
  • Your Tindro bill always shows in pesos, and shops abroad can pay by PayPal.
  • Messages from the Tindro team reach your support chat and your email, even if you haven't signed in for a while.
