The SMS module is the price of the feature only. The texts themselves are bought from Semaphore with your own account, at their rates, so you decide how much to spend.
Switching a module off stops the charge from the next billing period and makes its screens read-only. The underlying records are kept and are available again when the module is switched back on.
Billing questions
When am I charged?
At the end of your 30-day trial, and then monthly on the same date. You choose to subscribe; nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
Can I change modules mid-month?
Yes. Switching one on gives you access immediately; switching one off takes effect from your next billing period.
Do you charge per branch?
No. The multi-branch module is one monthly price however many branches you open.
Is VAT included?
Prices shown include VAT where it applies.
What if I stop paying?
Your account becomes read-only rather than closed. You keep access to your records and can export them to CSV.
