A sale takes a few taps, even at the evening rush.

Search a product or scan its barcode, take cash, GCash or Maya, and the change is worked out for you. Hold an order for the customer who ran home for their wallet.

  • Sizes like S, M, L, each with its own stock
  • Add-ons and notes, such as extra pearls or less sugar
  • A double tap never charges twice

Retire the notebook. Keep the suki.

Put a sale on a customer's tab in one tap, with or without a down payment. Their balance updates by itself, and every payment is recorded with the date and who took it.

  • A "May utang" list of everyone who still owes you
  • The receipt shows the down payment and what is left to pay
  • Voids and refunds correct the balance on their own

Know what is running low before a customer asks for it.

Every sale takes stock off the shelf count. Deliveries, returns and your own counts are each recorded with who did it and why, so a missing carton has a trail.

  • Low-stock and out-of-stock at a glance
  • Recipes that use up cups, pearls and milk per drink sold
  • Export your stock to update Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop

See how the day went, even when you are not at the store.

Sales, profit after cost, your best sellers and how customers paid, for today, this week or this month. Check it from home at closing time.

  • Each cashier's takings, voids and refunds
  • Sales from the store, Shopee and Facebook side by side
  • Cash drawer counts with every short or over recorded

Print the receipt, or send it straight to Messenger.

Your logo, address and a thank-you line on 58mm, 80mm or A4 paper. No printer at the bazaar? Share it to the customer's phone instead.

  • The cashier's name on every receipt
  • Reprint any past sale
  • Refunds and voids with a required reason

Questions owners ask us

Do I need to buy a special machine?

No. Tindro runs in the browser on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. A barcode scanner and a receipt printer are optional: any scanner that types into your device works, and receipts print to any printer your device can print to.

Do I need internet?

Yes. Tindro saves every sale online as it happens, so it needs a connection. Mobile data works fine.

Are the receipts official BIR receipts?

No. Tindro prints sales receipts for your customers and your records. It is not a BIR-accredited system, so a business required to issue official receipts must keep doing so.

What happens when the 30 days end?

The account becomes read-only until you subscribe. You can still sign in and see every record, but you cannot record new sales. Nothing is deleted.

Can I use Tindro outside the Philippines?

Yes. When you sign up you choose your own currency and timezone, so prices, receipts and daily reports follow your country. The subscription itself is priced in Philippine pesos, and SMS alerts only reach Philippine numbers. If you are outside the Philippines, message us about how to pay.

Can I move my products over from my current system?

Not automatically yet. Send us your product list as a spreadsheet and we will help you get it in.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

The account becomes read-only rather than closed, and your records stay accessible. If you ask us to close it, your data is deleted within 30 days.
