Terms of service
Last updated 27 October 2026
The agreement between you and Tindro covering service, billing, data ownership, acceptable use and liability.
The agreement
By creating a Tindro account you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.
What we provide
Access to Tindro as it exists at the time, for as long as your subscription is current. We will keep it running and fix faults, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime excluding planned maintenance, which we will announce in advance.
Your trial
New businesses get 30 days free with every module unlocked. No card is required to start. When the trial ends, an account that has not subscribed becomes read-only. You keep access to your data and can export it, but you cannot record new transactions.
Payment
- The base plan is ₱299 per business per month. Optional modules are charged monthly on top.
- Charges are taken monthly in advance, on the date you first subscribed.
- Switching a module on gives immediate access and is charged from the next period. Switching one off stops the charge from the next period.
- If a payment fails we will retry and tell you. After 14 days without payment the account becomes read-only rather than being deleted.
Referral program
- A business that signs up with another business's invite link or code gets ₱100 off its first monthly bill. The code must be used at sign-up; it can't be added later.
- The inviting business earns a ₱299 credit once the invited business has paid its first monthly bill and 14 days have passed without that payment being refunded.
- Credits reduce future Tindro bills, including add-on modules, never below ₱0. A bill fully covered by credit is marked paid. Credits are not cash, can't be transferred or exchanged, and expire 12 months after they are added.
- A business can earn up to 6 credits in any 12 months. We review anything above that.
- Inviting a business you own or run, or one that is not a real separate business, does not qualify. We may hold a credit for review, cancel it, or remove unused credit when we find this, and we will tell you why.
- We may change or end the program at any time. Credits already added stay valid until they expire.
Your data is yours
You keep ownership of everything you enter. We claim no rights over it beyond what we need to run the service for you. You can export it at any time, including while read-only. If you close your account we delete it as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Tindro to break the law, or to hold data you have no right to hold.
- Do not attempt to access another business’s data, probe the service for weaknesses without telling us, or interfere with other customers’ use of it.
- Do not resell access to Tindro as if it were your own product.
Security flaws should be reported to [email protected]. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine flaw responsibly and allows reasonable time to fix it.
What Tindro is not
Tindro is business software and does not constitute professional advice. It is not an accredited Computerised Accounting System, and its receipts are not official BIR receipts. Reports, including the tax summary and estimated payroll figures, are working documents for you and your accountant and do not constitute a filing. Compliance with tax, labour and permit obligations remains your responsibility.
Liability
Our liability for direct losses is limited to the total paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost goodwill, or losses arising from inaccurate records entered by you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You may cancel at any time from inside your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and except in cases of serious abuse we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first.
Changes and governing law
We will email account owners at least 30 days before any change that materially affects you. Continuing to use Tindro after that means you accept it. These terms are governed by Philippine law and disputes go to the courts of the Philippines.
